Life By Design is a passion and purpose business founded by Dr. Carmen Washington. With a global career in healthcare, Carmen has worked in and traveled to over 33 countries and lived in five states across the U.S. Years of countless hotel, home, and apartment stays, some unsavory and scary, inspired her to create a housing company that surpasses customer expectations. With over ten years of experience as a property owner and manager, she also wanted to bring peace of mind, through reliable tenant placement, to property owners.
